Step 3 – Design and planning
Based on what we’ve discussed, we create a tailored concept and, if you wish, a 3D plan so you can preview how your renovation will look before the first stone is moved.

Step 4 – Materials and finishes
Back in our office, we review a wide selection of materials together. If needed, we visit trusted local showrooms so you can see and touch the options yourself. You’ll always have several alternatives — from premium to more budget-friendly — ensuring the perfect fit for your taste and budget.

Step 5 – Detailed quotation
We prepare a transparent budget with a full breakdown of labor, materials, and timelines, so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 6 – Execution
Once approved, our team of certified carpenters, licensed electricians, professional plumbers, skilled builders, and an architect carry out the work under Alex’s coordination. We keep you updated at every stage until the project is complete.

Step 7 – Completion and follow-up
When the work is finished, we do a final walkthrough together to check that every detail meets your expectations. And of course, we’ll remain available afterwards for any support you may need.
